Warm Legs Leg Warmers

Yup, a post about leg warmers. I have to tell you, leg warmers aren't really my thing. At least I don't think so. I might be convinced after trying these on for the photos though. Legwarmers are my friend Dianne's thing. She mentioned last week that she was on the hunt for some legwarmers for herself and her daughter and was thinking "I should just cut the arms off of an old sweater". Well, if you are like me and spend WAY to much time poking around the world of craft blogs, you know that there have been several tutorials posted lately for doing exactly that! So I hit up the local thrift store last week and found a gem of a sweater and chopped and sewed away. Oh and I did I mention this thrift store has a whole room that is "everything's a dollar?"

So D. If these will suit you, I will pack them up and ship them to New Jersey. If you'd like me to add some buttons or hunt for a different sweater I can do that too.

Many thanks to Sweet Pea for taking the photos and to JoJo for modeling the leg warmers.

Here's some links if you'd like to make your own.
